Ahhhh. Good ol' nostalgia! This list really brought back some memories! Is it sad that I can remember most of these? Is it sad to remember a time when 99% of all toys had absolutely nothing to do with Japanime or anything Japan-related? Then again...isn't that the year that Nintendo released its first console?

Have you noticed toys from your childhood making a comeback yet?
It's been that way for a while now. Unfortunately, the toys just aren't the same. For instance, why are the newer Star Wars characters all super buff?? It's quite disturbing if you ask me.
And Strawberry Shortcake has boobs.
All we need now are anatomically correct Pound Puppies so that kids can practice neutering.
There was so much more sense in the world in the 80s.
