Movie: Slither

This movie probably warrants a 6.5 out of 10 stars. It really was a retarded movie, but there were just enough hilarious one-liners in it to make it not worth blocking from memory. For instance, the line "It's where's Ginese people come from." was classic!

Other than that, I'd say a total waste of time and $$$. :)

This movie and others like it really deserve two scales. On a classic goodness scale, I'd say 2 out of 5. On a "it's sooo bad it's good" scale, it jumps up to 3.5. Nathan Fillion basically plays the Malcom Reynolds character from Firefly/Serenity fame which is good because there really wasn't much going for the movie anyways. It's a whole sort of general mish mash of other horror films put together to something less. I think the real reason, I gave it a higher second rating is because of the horrible movie we saw afterwards, Cabin Fever, showed me it could have been so much worse. Cabin Fever was like the Blair Witch Project (which itself was pretty bad) only worse, they spent more money making it.

Blah. I lack the energy to respond to the above. His argument is CLEARLY without merit and, quite frankly, I think that he's upset that he didn't get that big honkin' omelette at IHOP like I did. His chicken fingers didn't look appetizing at all. :)

Retarded? Maybe .. it was also gross, goofy and almost great .. I laughed out loud, something I don't do too often at movies nowadays

*I* enjoyed it. Then again, that's all that matters. ;)
